### 條款和條件 (Terms and Conditions)

Packages are for two (2) individuals for diamond+ members, limit one (1) package per cardmember, and a The Club Membership Card from TheClub cardmember must be one of the participants. Age restrictions may apply. The package includes the items, activities, and/or benefits described in the offer. Other costs are additional unless otherwise stated. Packages are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The dining experience will be deducted from your annual Diamond dining benefits. If you are not a Diamond member, it will be deducted from your half-price benefits and will continue to defer the deduction annually until you qualify as a Diamond member, at which point the half-price deduction will be waived for this event. Points will be deducted from your The Club Membership account within 10 business days. TheClub and Asia Premier Group Investment Holding BVI reserve the right to modify or cancel any event at any time upon notice to participants. In the event of such cancellation, cardmember will receive a full refund of the package price only, not additional costs incurred related to the event. Schedules and staffing are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Packages are transferable to another The Club Membership Card from TheClub cardmember but cannot be resold. All sales are final. Applicable taxes must be paid by the purchaser.

Asia Premier Group Investment Holding BVI is not responsible for the provision of or failure to provide the items, activities, and/or benefits described in the offer. Participants agree to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of Asia Premier Group Investment Holding BVI, Asia Premier Group, and their respective successors, and affiliates from any and all liability or damage of any kind resulting from, or arising from, participation in the offer or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or non-use of the offer (including travel-related activity). By participating in this event, attendees agree to abide by all rules of the event and to conduct themselves in an orderly manner. Failure to do so may lead to expulsion from the event, TheClub prohibiting attendees from purchasing or attending any subsequent events, and/or account closure. Appropriate attire is required at all times. Must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Void where prohibited.
